1099 Contract Therapist Description
Lime Counseling is looking for a passionate, reliable, organized, communicative and driven therapist to join our team. We are a dynamic and growing company, looking to build a cohesive, active, open, accepting, and DIVERSE team. This role is fully remote at this time and can be done from anywhere as long as you have a NC, PA, FL, and/or DC license to provide clinical services within the state. At this time we are requiring candidates to have two or more of the listed state licenses. The therapist will be responsible for providing excellent therapy experience to our clients.
Responsibilities of this outpatient position include assessment, treatment planning, on-going individual and group therapy (if interested), and related documentation in a timely fashion.
This is currently a 1099 contracted position, with the option of it growing to an official employment role (part time or full time) in the future.
What we are Looking for in a candidate:
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other Behavioral Health related field; as well as full mental health therapy licensure in the state of NC, PA, FL and/or DC without restrictions. (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) BONUS IF YOU ARE LICENSED IN MORE THAN ONE OF THOSE STATES OR ARE WILLING TO BECOME LICENSED IN MORE THAN ONE!
Ability to maintain your own scheduling. You will have full autonomy of your schedule. Please recognize the need for some evening and/or weekend availability to capture client needs.

Knowledge of legal guidelines relating to mental health counseling
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
Knowledge of therapeutic modalities.
Ability to work independently
Job Types: Contract, with PT/FT opportunities
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week

Marketing Internship Opportunity

Support marketing campaign, content creation, planning, and execution. Do you love to be creative with videos and social media content? Help us by creating social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels. Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions. Schedule and create weekly social media postings.
